Riders are fully responsible for their own safety once the rental agreement is finalized; riding is at the customer's own risk.
Customers (except bicycle renters) must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license, and wearing a helmet is compulsory. Driving under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicant is strictly prohibited.
Vehicles must be returned in sound and safe condition as originally rented. The vehicle will be inspected before and after the rental period for damages or losses.
Any damages caused by negligence, carelessness, or other user acts must be compensated by the customer, who agrees to take due care as if the vehicle is their own.
