    1. What documents are required to rent a car?

    You need to provide a valid Driving License and Aadhar Card. Locals/students must also submit their job/college ID. Send your documents in advance to support@rideus.in for verification.

    2. What are the age restrictions?

    You must be at least 21 years old to rent regular vehicles, and 24 years old for premium vehicles such as BMW, Audi, or Fortuner.

    3. Can I cancel or modify my booking?

    Yes, cancellation is allowed under certain conditions. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

    4. What happens if I exceed the booking time?

    Late returns will be charged per hour based on vehicle type. Extensions are subject to availability. Inform us at least 6 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

    5. How is fuel handled?

    Fuel must be returned at the same level as at pickup. Refueling and Fastag recharge expenses are not reimbursed.
