Cancellation Policy

    At Rideus, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and flexible while ensuring we can serve all our customers efficiently. Below are the applicable terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and deductions.

    1. General Cancellation Rules

    • More than 24 hours before pick-up: ₹500/- will be deducted from the total amount as processing fees. The remaining balance will be refunded.
    • Within 24 hours before pick-up: 50% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
    • Within 6 hours before pick-up: No refund will be issued.
    • No-show (No pickup within 6 hours): The booking will be marked as cancelled, and ₹1500/- will be deducted from the total paid amount. The remaining amount will be refunded.

    2. Vehicle Swapping or Changes

    • Any request to change or swap the booked vehicle will attract a processing fee of ₹500/-.

    3. Refund Timeline

    • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
    • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.

    4. Exceptions

    • In case of incomplete or invalid documentation, Rideus reserves the right to cancel the booking. ₹500/- and applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund.
    • Refunds are not applicable for bookings cancelled due to violations of Rideus's Terms & Conditions.
