Who manages customer bookings and pricing?

For bookings made through Rideus channels, Rideus manages booking confirmation, customer verification, customer-facing rental prices and rental operations. A Partner must not independently confirm or change a Rideus booking.

Does Rideus guarantee a fixed monthly income or number of bookings?

No. There is no guaranteed income, utilisation or booking volume unless a specific written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

How much commission does a referral partner receive?

The commission rate and qualifying booking rules are configurable and will be stated in a written referral commercial annexure before the referral programme is activated.

Who pays for vehicle maintenance and repairs?

The default proposed arrangement places routine maintenance and roadworthiness obligations with the Fleet Partner. Any alternative allocation must be expressly documented in the vehicle schedule or commercial annexure.

Can I list a vehicle immediately after submitting the application?

No. A vehicle can be offered for Rideus operations only after document checks, inspection where required and written acceptance by Rideus.

When will partner payouts be made?

The payout cycle, settlement timeline, minimum threshold and documentation requirements will be completed in the signed commercial annexure. They are not finalised on this sample page.
